Returns and Refunds Policy

**Return Window:** You can return items within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund, excluding shipping and gift wrap charges.

**Return Conditions:** We only accept returns of unopened merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.

**Refund Process:** Refunds will be processed within one billing cycle after we receive your returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless an error was made on our part.

**Return Label:** For returns within the US, we can provide a return label for an additional $6.95 USD deduction from your refund.

Damage Claims

If your order or any part of it arrives damaged, please contact us via email immediately. We will notify the carrier and file a damage claim on your behalf. Retain all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Cancellations

To ensure the best shopping experience, our system processes orders automatically, so cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. If a cancellation option is available in your order history, you may cancel the order through that option.
